Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of butter or olive oil
  • 1 cup of fresh spinach

  • 1 tablespoon of milk (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and drain the spinach.
