Ingredients
- 2Â eggs
- 1Â cup of breadcrumbs
- 1/2Â cup of wheat flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4Â meat fillets (beef or chicken)
- 1Â cup of tomato sauce
- 200g of mozzarella cheese
- 2Â tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Frying oil
Instructions
- Flatten the fillets and season them with salt and pepper.
- Coat each fillet in flour, then egg, and finally breadcrumbs.
- Fry in hot oil until golden brown and drain off excess oil.
- Place on a tray, add sauce and cheese on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 8–10 minutes.
