Easy and delicious carrot salad with chicken and turkey

A delicious salad that combines fresh carrots, chicken and turkey, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 grated carrots
  • 1 cooked and chopped chicken breast
  • 100g of cooked turkey pieces
  • 1 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 cup of raisins

 


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the shredded carrots, chicken, and turkey.
  2. Add the mayonnaise and lemon juice, mixing well.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Add the raisins and mix, incorporating them into the salad.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

  • For extra flavor, chopped nuts can be added.
  • This salad can be served on a bed of fresh lettuce.
