- 1 large French bread loaf or Italian bread, sliced lengthwise

Cheesesteak Filling
- 1 lb 450g ribeye steak, thinly sliced

- 1 green bell pepper thinly sliced
- 1 small onion thinly sliced
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce optional but recommended
Cheese Layer
- 6 –8 slices provolone cheese
- or 1½ cups shredded mozzarella
- Optional: ½ cup shredded cheddar for extra melt
Instructions

Preheat the Oven

Set oven to 375°F (190°C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Garlic Bread

In a bowl, mix softened butter, garlic, parsley, and salt.

Spread evenly over both cut sides of the bread.

Place on baking sheet, cut side up.

Bake for 8–10 minutes until lightly crisp (not fully browned).

Add sliced onions and bell peppers. Cook 4–5 minutes until softened. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, add the steak in a single layer.
