Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt 480 ml
  • 1 cup mixed berries 150 g
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts 75 g

Method

Preparation
  1. Spread Greek yogurt evenly onto a sheet of parchment paper.
  2. Top the yogurt with mixed berries and chopped nuts.
  3. Freeze the yogurt bark until solid, about 2 hours.
  4. Once frozen, break into irregular pieces to serve.

Notes

Keep any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks. For a creamier texture, use full-fat Greek yogurt. Can experiment with other fruits like bananas or kiwi. If you have nut allergies, omit the nuts or substitute with sunflower or pumpkin seeds. Drizzle honey or maple syrup for added sweetness.
