  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp dried thyme or 1 tsp fresh
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes optional, for slight heat
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley for garnish

  • Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and paprika on both sides.
  • Sear the Chicken

  • Sear chicken thighs 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown.
  • Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.

  • Reduce heat to medium. Melt butter in the same skillet.
  • Add garlic and sauté 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Pour in heavy cream, stirring to combine with the garlic butter.
  • Add Parmesan cheese, thyme, and red pepper flakes. Stir until smooth.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Combine Chicken & Sauce
  • Return chicken thighs to the skillet.
  • Spoon sauce over chicken, cover, and simmer 5–7 minutes until chicken is fully cooked (internal temp 165°F / 74°C).
