🧾 Ingredients

For the Salmon

  • 2 salmon fillets (skin on or off)

  • Salt — to taste

  • Black pepper — to taste

  • 1 tsp paprika (optional)

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

For the Creamy Garlic Sauce

  • 3–4 garlic cloves (minced)

  • 1 cup fresh cream / heavy cream

  • ½ cup chicken broth (or water)

  • ½ tsp chili flakes

  • ½ tsp dried oregano or Italian herbs

  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • Salt & pepper — to taste

Garnish (Optional)

  • Fresh rosemary or parsley


👨‍🍳 Step-by-Step Instructions

1️⃣ Season the Salmon

  • Pat salmon dry with paper towel.

  • Season both sides with:

    • Salt

    • Black pepper

    • Paprika

2️⃣ Pan-Sear the Salmon

  1. Heat olive oil + butter in a pan on medium-high heat.

  2. Place salmon skin side down first.

  3. Cook for 4–5 minutes without moving.

In the same pan:

Let sauce simmer until slightly thick.

  • Add lemon juice and parsley.

  • Place salmon back into the sauce.
