Slow Cooker Beef & Vegetable Stew Recipe

This hearty slow cooker beef stew is warm, comforting, and perfect for busy days. Tender ground beef, soft potatoes, and carrots simmer slowly in a rich tomato-based sauce, creating a flavorful one-pot meal the whole family will love.


🧂 Ingredients

  • 500 g (1 lb) ground beef

  • 3 medium potatoes, peeled and diced

  • 2 large carrots, chopped

  • 1 can (400 g / 14 oz) diced tomatoes

  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste

1️⃣ Brown the Beef
