Ingredients
- 1 lb 450 g ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 6 thick cheddar cheese sticks cut in half
- 12 slices bacon
- ½ cup BBQ sauce plus extra for brushing
- Chopped parsley optional, for garnish

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.

In a bowl, mix the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
