- 1 cup 240ml heavy cream
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp dried thyme or 1 tbsp fresh
- 1 tsp paprika
Salt & pepper, to taste

- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour for thickening, optional

Sear pork chops 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
