- 1 ½ cups cooked chicken breast finely diced or shredded
- 6 slices bacon cooked crispy and crumbled
- ¾ cup thick Alfredo sauce store-bought or homemade
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- For the Dough
- 1 can 16 oz refrigerated breadstick dough (8 breadsticks)
- or 1 lb pizza dough divided into 8 portions
- For the Topping
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley optional

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, combine chicken, crumbled bacon, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and black pepper. Stir until well mixed.

Prepare the dough:

Separate breadsticks or divide pizza dough into 8 equal pieces. Flatten each piece into a small circle (about 3–4 inches wide).
